Any order placed before 9 p.m. ships the same day.

Estimated delivery times after shipping:

• Belgium — 1 to 2 business days
• Netherlands and Luxembourg — 1 to 3 days
• France — 2 to 4 days
• Spain — 4 to 6 days

You will receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.

You have 30 days after receipt to change your mind and request a return for a refund.

To be accepted, the product must be:

• new, unused, and unopened;
• in its original, intact packaging, with seals unbroken;
• complete — including accessories, gifts, and samples.

Once the return has been checked, the refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 days to the payment method used.

Insurance is included at no extra cost on all deliveries with Mondial Relay.

It covers you against damage to, loss of, or theft of the parcel. If there’s the slightest problem, we’ll take care of everything.
