Sunday to Friday, any order placed before 9 p.m. ships the same day.

Free delivery to a pickup point from €40.

Estimated delivery times after shipping:

• Belgium — 1 to 2 business days
• Netherlands and Luxembourg — 1 to 3 days
• France — 2 to 4 days
• Spain — 4 to 6 days

You will receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.

You have 30 days after receipt to change your mind and request a return for a refund.

To be accepted, the product must be:

• new, unused, and unopened;
• in its original, intact packaging, with seals unbroken;
• complete — including accessories, gifts, and samples.

Return shipping costs are at your expense, unless the error is ours or the product is defective or not as ordered.

Once the return has been checked, the refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 days to the payment method used.

Insurance is included at no extra cost on all deliveries with Mondial Relay. It covers breakage, loss and theft of the parcel.

Authentic products

Every product is bought directly from the brands or their authorised official distributors, then stored and shipped by our teams from our workshop in Belgium.

Your products are delivered sealed:

• in their original packaging;
• with their batch number;
• with their expiration date or period after opening.

Every reference is notified on the CPNP, the European Union’s official portal for cosmetics.

A secure payment

Transactions are encrypted with SSL and processed by Shopify and payment platforms that comply with current standards.

We never have access to your banking details.
