General terms and conditions of sale
Article 1 – Scope of application
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "GTC") govern all sales concluded between the company Tea & Glow, [natural person], whose registered office is located at [Rue J. Houtmeyers 10, 1140 Evere, Belgium], registered with the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises under number [0804920945], VAT [BE0804920945], and any natural person acting as a consumer within the meaning of the Belgian Code of Economic Law (hereinafter "the Customer"), via the website [www.teaandglow.com].
All orders imply unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Article 2 – Products
The products are described and presented as accurately as possible.
The photographs are provided for illustrative purposes only and are intended to accurately represent the product. Slight variations may exist without affecting the essential characteristics.
Article 3 – Price
Prices are shown in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes (TTC), excluding delivery charges.
Delivery costs are shown before final order confirmation.
Tea & Glow reserves the right to change its prices at any time without prior notice. The applicable price is the one in effect at the time of the order.
Article 4 – Order
The order is considered firm and final after:
- shopping cart validation
- acceptance of these Terms and Conditions,
- Payment confirmation.
A confirmation email is sent to the Customer after the order has been validated.
Tea & Glow reserves the right to refuse any order in the event of an existing dispute with the Customer or prior non-payment.
Article 5 – Payment
Payment is due immediately upon ordering.
The accepted payment methods are those offered on the website at the time of ordering.
Transactions are secured by the payment provider chosen by Tea & Glow. No banking information is stored by Tea & Glow.
Article 6 – Delivery
The products are delivered to the address provided by the Customer when placing the order.
Delivery times are given as an indication only.
In accordance with current legislation, in the event of a delivery delay exceeding 30 days from the date of the order, the Customer may cancel the sale and obtain a full refund of the sums paid.
The risk is transferred to the Customer upon receipt of the package.
Any anomaly (damaged package, missing or incorrect item) must be reported within 14 days of receipt.
Article 7 – Right of withdrawal
In accordance with current legislation, and in particular Article VI.53 of the Code of Economic Law and Directive 2011/83/EU, the Customer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of his order to exercise his right of withdrawal.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed cosmetic products that have been opened or unsealed after delivery for hygiene and health protection reasons.
The Customer may exercise their right of withdrawal by any unambiguous statement.
Article 8 – Returns and Refunds
Returns are processed in accordance with the Refund Policy available on the website.
Article 9 – Legal Guarantee
The products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity of two (2) years provided for in Articles 1649bis et seq. of the Belgian Civil Code.
In the event of a lack of conformity, the Customer is entitled to repair or replacement of the product. If this is impossible or disproportionate, the Customer may request a price reduction or termination of the contract.
Individual allergic reactions do not constitute a lack of conformity when the product composition complies with the information provided on the packaging and applicable regulations. It is the customer's responsibility to check the composition before use.
Article 10 – Liability
Tea & Glow cannot be held responsible for indirect damages resulting from the use of the site or products.
Tea & Glow cannot be held responsible for damage caused by a computer virus or by fraudulent intrusion by a third party, the user being responsible for protecting their own computer equipment.
This limitation of liability does not apply in cases of gross negligence, failure to comply with mandatory legal obligations, liability for defective products or personal injury.
Article 11 – Personal Data
Personal data is processed in accordance with the privacy policy available on the website.
Article 12 – Retention of Title
The products remain the property of Tea & Glow until full payment of the price.
Article 13 – Force majeure
Tea & Glow cannot be held responsible for any failure to perform due to an unforeseeable, irresistible event beyond its control.
Article 14 – Mediation and Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, the Customer is encouraged to contact customer service first in order to seek an amicable solution.
If no agreement is reached, the Customer may resort to the Consumer Mediation Service:

Article 15 – Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by Belgian law.
In the event of a dispute, the competent courts are those of the Client's domicile, in accordance with consumer protection rules.
