Return and refund policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to all orders placed on the Tea & Glow online store by consumers.

2. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with European legislation, the customer has a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the receipt of his order to exercise his right of withdrawal, without having to justify his decision.

To exercise this right, the Client must notify their decision before the expiry of the 14-day period, by:

  • or via any unambiguous statement
  • or via the standard withdrawal form below (optional)

The burden of proof regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal within the time limits rests with the Client.

3. Return period

The Customer has a period of fourteen (14) days from the notification of their decision to withdraw to return the product to the following address:

4. Conditions for accepting returns

To be accepted, the return must meet the following conditions:

  • new, unused, unopened products
  • Original packaging intact,
  • unbroken seals,
  • Full return (items, accessories, samples and any gifts).

Any product that does not meet these conditions may be refused.

5. Products excluded from the right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article VI.53 of the Code of Economic Law and Directive 2011/83/EU, sealed cosmetic products cannot be returned if they have been opened or unsealed after delivery, for reasons of hygiene and health protection.

6. Product depreciation

The customer is responsible for any depreciation of the product resulting from handling other than that strictly necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and proper functioning, where the return is legally possible.

The Customer is responsible for the product until its actual receipt by Tea & Glow.
In the event of damage to the product during return transport carried out at the initiative and expense of the Customer, Tea & Glow reserves the right to refuse the refund or to apply a depreciation.

In the event of depreciation, Tea & Glow will inform the customer and deduct the corresponding amount from the refund. The customer will then have the option of accepting this new amount or requesting the return of the product at their own expense.

7. Return costs

When exercising the right of withdrawal, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.

However, when the return is due to:
– an order preparation error attributable to Tea & Glow,
– a defective product,
– or a product that does not conform to the order,
Return shipping costs are fully covered by Tea & Glow.

In these cases, the Customer is advised to contact customer service to obtain the appropriate return instructions.

When return costs are covered by Tea & Glow, the return method and carrier are communicated to the Customer by customer service.

8. Refund or voucher

After receiving and verifying the return:

  • The refund is issued via the original payment method.
  • within a maximum period of 14 days,
  • including initial standard delivery charges (excluding express options).

The refund may be deferred until the products are actually received or proof of shipment is provided.

A voucher may be offered to the Customer as an option but is never imposed.

9. Damaged, defective or non-compliant products

In the event of a defective or non-compliant product, the customer benefits from the legal guarantee of conformity of 2 years, independently of the right of withdrawal.
