Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Zones

The Tea & Glow shop currently ships its products to the following countries:

  • Belgium
  • France
  • The Netherlands
  • Luxembourg

Deliveries are currently limited to these European countries. Tea & Glow reserves the right to extend delivery areas to other European countries at a later date, without substantial modification to this policy.

2. Shipping location

All orders are prepared and shipped from our head office located at Rue J. Houtmeyers 10, 1140 Evere, Belgium.

3. Delivery methods

Depending on the destination country, Tea & Glow offers the following delivery methods:

  • Delivery to a collection point
  • Home delivery

Both of these options are available for all countries served.

4. Carriers

The carriers used are as follows, depending on the country of delivery and the chosen method:

  • Belgium: Mondial Relay, bpost
  • France: Local carriers, Mondial Relay
  • Netherlands: PostNL, Mondial Relay, local carriers
  • Luxembourg: Local carriers, Mondial Relay

Tea & Glow reserves the right to change the carriers used in order to ensure the best possible quality of service.

5. Preparation and shipping times

Orders placed before 6 PM are prepared and shipped the same day, from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays, subject to product availability and exceptional circumstances.

6. Estimated delivery times

Delivery times are expressed in working days from the date of dispatch of the order:

  • Belgium: 1 to 2 days
  • Netherlands and Luxembourg: 1 to 3 days
  • France: 3 to 4 days

These delivery times are provided for guidance purposes only and may vary depending on the carrier, destination or circumstances beyond Tea & Glow's control.

7. Delivery charges

The applicable delivery charges are those displayed at the time of order confirmation on the website.

Delivery to a collection point (Mondial Relay)

  • Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg: Free shipping on orders over €59, otherwise €2.95
  • Free shipping within France for orders over €59, otherwise: €3.95

Home delivery

  • Free shipping in Belgium for orders over €119, otherwise: €6.95
  • Free shipping within France for orders over €149, otherwise: €9.95
  • Free shipping to the Netherlands on orders over €139, otherwise €8.95
  • Free shipping in Luxembourg for purchases over €149, otherwise €9.95

Tea & Glow reserves the right to modify delivery charges at any time, without retroactive effect on orders already validated.

8. Order tracking

After the order is shipped, the customer receives a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
The customer also has a parcel tracking portal accessible directly on the Tea & Glow website.

9. Delays, force majeure and exceptional circumstances

Tea & Glow cannot be held responsible for delivery delays due to circumstances beyond its control, such as, but not limited to:

  • strikes,
  • exceptional weather conditions
  • disruptions to transport networks,
  • carrier overload
  • force majeure.

10. Responsibility and transfer of risks

The risk of loss or damage to the package is transferred to the customer at the time of actual delivery of the order to the address indicated or to the selected collection point.

11. Verification upon receipt

It is the customer's responsibility to check the condition of the package upon receipt.
Any anomaly (damaged or opened package, missing or damaged item) must be reported as soon as possible after receipt, and at the latest within a reasonable time, via Tea & Glow customer service. To facilitate processing, evidence may be requested.

12. Unclaimed parcel at collection point

The parcel is held at the collection point for the period specified by the carrier (usually 7 to 14 days). After this period, it is returned to the sender. In this case:

  • The customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs for a new shipment.
  • or a refund may be issued, less the cost of shipping to and from the destination.

13. Address error

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the delivery information provided when placing the order.
Tea & Glow cannot be held responsible for any address errors that result in delays, non-delivery, or the return of the package. Any reshipping costs may be borne by the customer.
