Data collected

As part of your relationship with Tea & Glow, we may collect the following data:

  • Order data: purchase history, products ordered, amounts,
  • Delivery data: delivery and billing addresses,
  • Payment data: processed exclusively through secure providers — Tea & Glow does not retain any banking information,
  • Browsing data: pages visited, behavior on the site,
  • Loyalty program data: points accumulated, rewards,
  • Data relating to customer reviews: reviews submitted after purchase.

Purposes and legal basis

We process your personal data for the following purposes:

Performance of the contract (Article 6.1.b GDPR) Processing and tracking your orders, managing deliveries, customer service, and managing the loyalty program via Smile.io.

Compliance with legal obligations (Article 6.1.c GDPR) Invoicing, accounting, and retention of mandatory legal documents.

Consent (Article 6.1.a GDPR) Sending newsletters and personalized marketing emails via Klaviyo, and activating marketing cookies via Google Ads. You can withdraw your consent at any time via the unsubscribe link included in each email or via the site's cookie manager.

Legitimate interest (Article 6.1.f GDPR) Site security, fraud prevention, improving the user experience, and requesting customer reviews after purchase via Judge.me.

Profiling

Personalized marketing communications may be sent to you via Klaviyo based on your purchasing or browsing behavior on our website. This processing is based on your prior consent. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link included in each email or by contacting us at contact@teaandglow.com.

Recipients

Your personal data is shared only with the service providers strictly necessary to deliver our services:

  • Shopify — store hosting and order management,
  • Klaviyo — sending marketing emails,
  • Smile.io — loyalty program management,
  • Judge.me — collecting and displaying customer reviews,
  • Bogos.io — promotional offer management,
  • Sendcloud — shipment and delivery management,
  • Google — tracking advertising conversions via Google Ads,
  • Payment providers — secure transaction processing.

No data is sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

Transfers outside the EU

Some of our service providers are based outside the European Economic Area, particularly in the United States (Shopify, Klaviyo, Google). These transfers are strictly governed by the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission (Article 46 of the GDPR) and, where applicable, by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

Shelf life

We retain your personal data for the following periods:

  • Order and billing data: 10 years (legal requirement),
  • Marketing data and emails: 3 years after your last contact or purchase,
  • Customer account: until you delete your account,
  • Browsing data and cookies: 13 months maximum.
