Purposes and legal basis

The treatments are based on:

  • the execution of the contract (orders, deliveries, customer service, Smile.io loyalty program),
  • compliance with legal obligations (invoicing, accounting),
  • consent (newsletter, marketing cookies, personalized emails),
  • legitimate interest (security, fraud prevention, site improvement, soliciting customer feedback after purchase).

Profiling

Personalized marketing communications may be sent via Klaviyo based on purchase or browsing behavior. This processing is based on the prior consent of the Customer.

Recipients

Shopify, payment providers, carriers, Klaviyo, Google, Meta, Smile.io, Judge.me, Bogos.io, Sendcloud only for the intended purposes.

Transfers outside the EU

Some data may be processed outside the EEA (Shopify, Klaviyo – United States).
These transfers are governed by:

  • standard contractual clauses,
  • and/or the Data Privacy Framework where applicable.

Shelf life

  • Order details: 10 years
  • Marketing data: 3 years after last contact
  • Customer account: until deleted by the user

User rights

Access, rectification, erasure, objection, limitation, portability, withdrawal of consent.
