You have 30 days after receipt to change your mind and request a return for a refund.
To be accepted, the product must be:
- new, unused, and unopened;
- in its original, intact packaging, with seals unbroken;
- complete — including accessories, gifts, and samples.
Once the return has been checked, the refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 days to the payment method used.
