1) After cleansing your face, prepare your skin with a toner.
2) Take the mask out of its packaging, unfold it, and apply it to your face.
3) Leave it on for 15 to 20 minutes.
4) Remove the mask and gently pat the remaining essence until fully absorbed (do not rinse).
