The Glow Replenishing Rice Milk from Beauty of Joseon is a dual-layer toner inspired by the Joseon-era practice of beautifying the skin with rice water. Its first layer, enriched with rice extract and rice amino acids, provides long-lasting hydration, while its second layer of regulating powder targets excess sebum and refines the look of pores. It leaves the skin radiant, soft and fresh. This toner hydrates without exfoliating; its formula is alcohol-free, fragrance-free and suitable for all skin types.

How to use it

1) After cleansing, shake the bottle well to mix the two layers.
2) Apply a few drops using your hands or a cotton pad, gently patting or smoothing outward.
3) Reapply if additional hydration is needed.
