Delivery is free on purchases of €45 or more; otherwise:

- Belgium: €2.95 - 1 to 2 business days

- Netherlands: €2.95 - 1 to 3 business days

- France: €3.95 - 2 to 4 business days

- Spain: €4.95 - 4 to 6 business days

You have 30 days after receipt to change your mind and request a return for a refund.

To be accepted, the product must be:

• new, unused, and unopened;
• in its original, intact packaging, with seals unbroken;
• complete — including accessories, gifts, and samples.

Once the return has been checked, the refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 days to the payment method used.

Every product is bought, stored and shipped directly by our team from our workshop in Belgium.

Parcel insurance is included at no extra cost on all deliveries with Mondial Relay.

It covers you against damage to, loss of, or theft of your parcel. If there’s the slightest problem, we’ll take care of everything.
