COSRX’s BHA Blackhead Power Liquid is an exfoliating liquid with betaine salicylate (BHA) and niacinamide, for gentle exfoliation and better sebum control. It is designed for oily skin prone to spots, enlarged and congested pores, and blackheads. It is the range’s intermediate-level exfoliant: if you have never used acids, start with the AHA/BHA Clarifying Treatment Toner; for whiteheads, uneven texture and a dull complexion, the AHA 7 Whitehead Power Liquid (advanced level) is a better fit.

How to use it

1) After cleansing, apply this liquid at the toner or essence step of your routine, avoiding the eye and mouth areas.
2) When used as a toner, let it absorb completely before applying the next product.
3) Start with 2 to 3 uses a week, then increase gradually depending on how your skin responds.
4) During the day, and the day after an evening use, apply sunscreen.

Do not combine at first: do not use other acids (AHA, BHA), retinol or vitamin C in the same routine; alternate evenings instead.

If you feel any discomfort, use it less often.

If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, ask a healthcare professional before use.
